STEPHEN CLYNE
Coach Clyne currently holds Clemson’s record for most consecutive scoreless innings pitched in a season at 33.1. Additionally, he is 6th all-time in appearances in a single season (31), while only surrendering 2 HRs in over 100 innings at Clemson. Clyne finished his collegiate career with an ERA of 2.85, a fastball that topped out at 97 MPH, and one of the best-rated sliders in his draft class. Clyne would later be drafted in the 3rd round (123rd overall), by the New York Mets in the 2007 MLB Draft.
After professional baseball, Coach Clyne took over as the lead pitching instructor at Players Edge Baseball Academy where he developed pitchers of all ages from little leaguers to professionals. In 2016, Coach Clyne started the TBT Ballers and with the help of his team, the organization is now one of the most recognized in the country. The program is now a national powerhouse with over 70 teams across the US. In 2019 Clyne opened TBT Training which is recognized as one of the premier facilities for development in the US. Some of the best talent across MLB, college, and youth baseball train at the facility.

MATTHEW LOPES
Coach Lopes graduated from Deerfield Beach High School where he was a three-sport athlete and a four-year letter winner on the baseball team. His senior season in 2010, he batted .541 and was a top hitter in Broward County. Coach Lopes played college baseball at Wilmington University. In his 3 years as a starter from 2013-15, he was a 3-time 1st Team All-Conference & All-Region Player. During those years, Wilmington had its winningest teams in school history as well as its first-ever D2 College World Series appearance.
After finishing his playing career, he became the head coach at Deerfield Beach HS, then spent three years as an assistant coach with Coral Springs HS & Elite Squad Baseball Academy. He eventually transitioned into developing players and has spent the last 5 years working with hitters at the youth level up to MLB players.

ORSEN JOSEPHINA
Born and raised In Curaçao an island in the Caribbean.
Coach OJ started playing baseball when he was 10 years old and began pitching when he was 16.
When he turned 18, he decided to move away from his family to Florida. In his senior year coach OJ only topped 80 MPH. He decided to work on his craft, made a program of weight training and throwing, and ended up topping at 88 by the end of the fall. By the end of his senior spring season, he was up to 91MPH.
After high school, Coach OJ attended Hillsborough State College for 2 years then transferred to Palm Beach Atlantic for 2 years. Coach OJ was then drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates and has been pitching for 3 years.

BRETT SCHNEIDER
PITCHING COORDINATOR
Coach Schneider graduated from Coral Springs High School and played varsity baseball from 2009-2012. He then went on to play college baseball at Dominican University in NY.
After graduating college, Coach Schneider started his professional career playing independent baseball. In 2018 he got his opportunity to play for the Vallejo Admirals of the Pacific Association, as a Relief Pitcher. During this season, he won pitcher of the year for the Admirals and was also one of 3 candidates for Rookie of the Year.
In 2019, Brett got promoted to the Can-Am League playing for the Rockland Boulders. After a great start to the season, Coach Schneider ended up needing Tommy John surgery, which put him out for the rest of the season and unfortunately out for the 2020 season as well. In 2021, Coach Schneider got back to playing baseball and was promoted to the Atlantic League. Here Coach Schneider played for the Lexington Legends, where he won a championship in his first year with the team.
Coach Schneider’s background as a pitching coach includes stints at Boca High, Dominican University, and North Broward Prep. Coach Schneider has also been involved in travel baseball until he wanted to concentrate on training athletes full-time.
JHUNIOR CORDERO
Coach Cordero played in the minor leagues with the New York Yankees from 1997-1999 and with the Anaheim Angels from 1999-2002. He also played in the Venezuela Professional Baseball League with the “Leones de Caracas'' from 1999-2003.
Coach Cordero also represented Ecuador in the “South American Championship of 2012” in Guayaquil Ecuador winning the silver, and in the “Bolivariano 2013” in Lima Peru winning the bronze.
Coach Cordero has worked for 13 years as a coach on “Colegio Americano de Guayaquil” where he has won many titles with the 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, and 16u.
Coach Cordero is a specialist in hitting, fielding and catching.
Coach Cordero brings knowledge about softball, where he represented his country winning the championship home run derby in the “South American Softball Championship 2016” in Bogota, Colombia. And was able to win a Championship at the “South American Softball Championship 2018” in Monteria, Colombia.

HAROLD TREMONT
Coach Tremont pitched in the minor leagues for the Texas Rangers from 2000-2001. After his baseball career, he wanted to continue his passion for baseball and began coaching. He got an opportunity to be the Pitching Coach for the Future Stars Baseball Academy in Venezuela. When he was done with the Academy, Coach Tremont dedicated his time to helping to develop his daughter and son in their passion for softball and baseball. Today, Coach Tremont is on the field coaching and training players of all ages.

JENNIFER MICHUDA
Jennifer comes to TBT with numerous softball experiences. She played college softball for Carthage College while earning her degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Jennifer continued her softball career at the professional level with stops in Germany for the Karlsuhe Cougars, the Czech Republic for the SC Storms Repy, the Netherlands for the Oosterhout Twins, the Chattanooga Steam (TN), and Croatia for Mrki Medvedi.
Jennifer has spent 10 years coaching baseball and softball at various levels. This includes coaching the German U18 State team, the U18 Czech National Team, and running numerous camps and clinics. She offers both softball and baseball hitting and fielding lessons at TBT Boca.
