Train like the pros with our new Juice Youth Training Program, led by Coach Orsen Josephina aka “The Juice”

Coach OJ’s advanced training methods and proprietary Juice Training program have delivered exceptional results for his high school, college, and professional pitchers. Now, OJ and his team are bringing his techniques to the youth world with a specialized program tailored to develop young baseball players in three key areas: hitting, pitching, and speed/agility.

With proven techniques and drills, young athletes will develop their skills at a very high level. Each day and week will have specific elements designed to allow players to fine tune their mechanics and build consistency. Players will rotate through three stations during each 90 minute session. The schedule changes weekly and every day will be different - see below for upcoming schedules!

  • Tuesday February 11 - Hitting Evaluation Day, Fielding (Fly/Ground Ball Drills), Strength & Conditioning

  • Wednesday February 12 - Hitting & Lower Half Drills, Pitching & Bullpen, Fielding Drills

  • Thursday February 13 - Hitting (Front Toss & BP), PVC Pitching Drills, Speed/Core

  • Friday February 14 - Lower Body Throwing Drills, Strength & Arm Care, Upper Body Hitting Drills
