By purchasing a service from TBT Training, you are hereby acknowledging that you understand and accept the risks associated with TBT Training. It is a company policy that no refund or credit shall be given back once an assessment or program has been purchased. Appointments are important to our staff and team members. We respectfully request notice for cancellations.

Clients have 24 hours to cancel a session. If the session is not canceled within the appropriate time frame that session is considered used. You hereby agree to this policy. Any athlete, parent, or family that TBT Training feels like is not complying with standards or respect, TBT Training has the right to dismiss the athlete and family at any given time with no refund.

We thank you for your understanding. All assessments and program sales are final. Purchasing our programs, the client agrees to make full payment for the program.
